(Medical/Surgical/Radiation):
- Patients diagnosed with renal cell cancer have the following prognostic factors evaluated and dictated in their chart. (Medical)
- LDH level
- Hemoglobin level
- Corrected serum calcium level
- Interval from original diagnosis to the start of systemic therapy
- KPS
- Metastasis
- Pelvic lymph node dissection performed during radical cystectomy. (Surgical)
- TNM staging completed for surgical cases. (Surgical)
- The following tests are performed pre and post radiation therapy in prostate cancer patients. (Radiation)
- PSA level
- IPS score
- Erectile function index
All Patients
- All patients with solid tumors are staged according to ACoS standards.
- All patients who are receiving chemotherapy have a plan documented prior to administration of therapy.
