Quality Indicators:

1. Each patient seen in the geriatric clinic has a consultation with a social worker.
2. Every patient seen in the geriatric clinic has a geriatric assessment including the following:
   
   1. Cognitive skill function evaluation
   2. Activities of daily living evaluation
   3. Nutritional status evaluation
   4. Psychosocial evaluation
3. Patient’s waiting time to see the doctor is kept to a minimum, defined by patient satisfaction survey results

All Patients

1. All patients with solid tumors are staged according to ACoS standards.
2. All patients who are receiving chemotherapy have a plan documented prior to administration of therapy.
