Quality Indicators
(Medical/Surgical/Radiation):
- Initial diagnostic work-up is at 95% compliance
- All melanoma patients with node positive disease are offered adjuvant therapy.
- Documentation that all patients with skin cancer have been taught how to do a self skin exam.
All Patients
- All patients with solid tumors are staged according to ACoS standards.
- All patients who are receiving chemotherapy have a plan documented prior to administration of therapy.
