Quality Indicators:

1. Percent of patients with appropriate documentation of Acute GVHD onset date (if applicable) and assessment.
2. Percent of patient survival to day 100 after re-implantation.
3. Percent of patients who on the day of discharge met all discharge criteria at the time they were discharged.

All Patients

1. All patients with solid tumors are staged according to ACoS standards.
2. All patients who are receiving chemotherapy have a plan documented prior to administration of therapy.
